Cancellation Policy for Instructor-led and Virtual Instructor-led Training
- Cancellations must be received in writing email to Support.learning@ciena.com at least 10 business days prior to the course start date to avoid a penalty for costs incurred by Ciena
- Cancellation of a course received within 6 to 9 business days prior to the course start date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the relevant course
- Cancellation of a course received within 5 business days prior to the Course start date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of the relevant training course
- "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the paid per-seat price for any person not attending
- Substitutions are permitted up to the start of the course if the purchase order is re-applied to the new student
- Ciena reserves the right to reschedule courses with fewer than 6 students enrolled by the published registration deadline
Cancellation Policy for Web-based Training
- Registrations are not subject to cancellation.
