How to download training completion certificate

Step 1: Once you are logged into the Ciena learning portal, go to My learning page:

Step 2: On the My learning page click to the completed circle:

Step 3: Click to the block/tile for the completed course:

Step 4: You will be redirected to the course home page:

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the ‘Print Certificate’ section. and click to the ‘Print to the Course Certificate’ option:

Step 6: On the next page, click the ‘Get your certificate’ button:

Step 7: From the pop-up window page, you can either download (pdf version) or print the certificate.

Important Note: Ciena do not provide course completion certificates for completed WBT/Self-paced courses. The course completion certificate is available to Instructor-led courses and ciena certification exams only.
