Ciena Learning prohibits recording live training without a signed agreement between the Ciena account team, Ciena Learning Delivery Management, the customer, and the learners in the classroom. A prior signed legal agreement must be signed and agreed upon at least one week prior to the class start date.
If an agreement is in place, Ciena will teach the class using the standard training platform (WebEX training center) and the recording will post the mp4 in the Ciena LMS for limited viewing based on class attendance.
